We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering OR Construction Team Secretary for one of my favourite clients, a Management Consultancy company based in the heart of the West End. The role will be paying circa £15.00 per hour on an ongoing basis (temp), offering an immediate start. Please see below for the job specification of this position. You will be supporting a large, friendly team.
Duties will include:
- Copy Typing
- Diary Management
- Co-ordinating schedules
- Travel arrangement organisation - complex and international
- Data Management
- Expenses Management
- Use of Excel
Supporting a large team, this is a busy, yet rewarding role within a well revered, international organisation.
- Typing and admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Advanced Microsoft Word experience
- Ability to work within a small team and on their own
- Ideally an Engineering or Construction Background
