Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a experienced EYFS Teacher looking for your next role?

Tradewind Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Teacher who is qualified with an Early Years Teacher Status for Ofsted grade '2: Good' in Oldham. The role is to start September 2018 but ideally, they would like to place someone in place for the last part of this academic year. This is a full time, long term role of until the end of July 2019 with potential the potential to extended.

The person we look for:
*Will hold QTS and will be an EYFS specialist, outstanding NQTs will be considered
*Motivate and stimulate children's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience
*Keep up to date with changes in the curriculum and developments in best practice
*Work closely with staff to help them to develop reflective practice
*Support and guide staff with observation, assessment and planning (EYFS). Ensuring that progress reports for children are accurate.
*Set expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge every child
*Promote good progress and outcomes for children
*Demonstrate good knowledge of early learning
*Adapt learning to respond to the strength and needs of all children
*Make accurate and productive use of assessments

Your role will be to plan and deliver engaging lessons over a varied timetable.
