Level Three Early Years Practitioners required to work in Hastings area.
Your new setting
Hays Education are working in partnership with various high achieving schools and settings in Hastings and are looking for Level Three Early Years practitioners to work in them. We are looking for people to work both on a permanent basis and to provide day to day supply to these settings.
Your new role
Working closely with the other staff you will be part of a team that provides the highest quality of education for the children in your care, ensuring that they have the best possible start to their educational career. You will be facilitating the delivery of the EYFS, including, literacy, maths, understanding the world, communication and language and personal, social and emotional development. You will supervise lunch and snacks times, monitor and record the development of children, and contribute towards creating a warm and nurturing environment to the setting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold Level Three NVQ Early Years Qualification and have recent and relevant experience in a setting that follows the EYFS. You will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills. You will be creative and bring your creativity into the setting, while you collaborate with other staff members. You will be highly passionate and be able to demonstrate flexibility within the work place.
