To be successful in your application to this EYFS Co-Educator role you must be an accomplished graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:2 or better in your degree. It is essential that you have gained some practical experience within an EYFS setting to be considered. The ideal candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children in their learning and a genuine interest in education. The school are hoping for a graduate who is able to show their passion for teaching and a drive to succeed. Some previous experience of having supported children with SEN or SEMH needs would be preferred though is not essential.
In this EYFS Co-Educator position you will be sharing your own ideas for fresh schemes of work and give teachers a hand preparing the classroom for these new lessons. By working closely with expert teachers and undergoing evaluations any areas you are struggling with will be quickly developed through a thorough CPD and training package.
