Extra Care Scheme Manager required for social housing organisation

Your new role
Your new role will involve overseeing all housing management related duties related to an Extra Care Scheme. Your duties will include:
- Tenancy viewings
- Tenancy sign ups
- Support plans
- Health and safety checks
- Staff management

What you'll need to succeed
You're required to have an update service DBS paired with strong housing management experience within the retirement living sector.
