External Sales Executive

Sales Executive required for one of the largest owned Freight Forwarder based in Birmingham.
Sales Executive MUST have worked in an external sales role for a Freight Forwarder with a Sea Freight bias.
This rapidly expanding company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their already successful team, with branches in 130 countries and over 24,000 employees this company know how to look after their staff!

The Package:
Circa £25K- £35K (Dependant on experience)
Brand new Company car with fuel car, Opt out and car allowance also available.
Lap top and phone provided.
Incentive paid of 10% above cost quarterly for the life of the account.
Lap top and phone provided.
Pension scheme available after 1 Years' service

The Role:
Meet set out sales KPI's
Actively create opportunities & secure profitable business for the growth of the company.
Generate business leads by creatively approaching new customers.
Involvement in strategic sales & operation planning.
Follow up on existing and new customers.
Reporting to Commercial Director.
Aid in development of Road, Ocean and Air products.
Leverage support from our Partners and Network.

Sales experience with a Freight Forwarder
Ocean Freight, Road or Air Freight Experience is ESSIENTIAL
At least 3 years sales experience within the Logistics industry (Global Forwarding) is a must.
