External Channel Account Manager - About You:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a field sales role with experience selling to channel partners
  • You will be confident at phone-based sales and have a strong will to get on the phone and build a sales pipeline of opportunities with your customers
  • Preferably you will have a working knowledge of the Telecommunications industry and understand IP Telephony and / or Hosted Voice solutions
  • You will be a team player and be used to working to KPI and set sales targets
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Bring to work enthusiasm and a positive attitude

External Channel Account Manager - About The Role:

  • Manage existing Partners. Build relationships with partners and have regular contact to understand the partners business
  • Support partners through the sale. Complete Webinars, Training and assist with quoting where needed also onsite demos with partners where necessary
  • Communication of new products to all partners
  • Assist partners to close a set number of opportunities and create new ones per month
  • Pipeline Management and development of accounts and opportunities within them
  • Forecasting - Fortnightly forecast provided to manager with realistic probability for opportunity to close
  • Own your target and understand the importance of it
  • Webinars to be learned and delivered to partners on set days
