A new role has arisen in an international company with a subsidiary in Spain and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the export side. It is essential to speak fluent Spanish and English. Based in Crewe some of your main duties will cover the following:
Inputting purchase and sales orders on Navision
Sending contracts to suppliers and customers
Sending transport instructions and liaising with hauliers
Recording all information on the Sales Spreadsheet
Liaising with our Quality department to register new suppliers for approval.
Calculating weights and final prices for sales once deliveries have been made
Liaising with Traders and assisting with any queries
Chasing payment of customer invoices
Good knowledge of Excel and good numeracy skills essential. Knowledge of Navision useful but not essential. Excellent PC skills and administrative skills required.
You will be expected to have excellent communication skills and be highly organised and efficient. Fluency in Spanish and English.
