The role: As the Export Key Account Manager for the Far East you will be selling specialist coatings and lubricants into Engineering, Automotive and the Electronics sector. You will spend most of your time with the Distributor network but will also get involved in selling directly to End Users. The ideal candidate will need to live within a reasonable commute of Burton on Trent.
The company: A well established manufacturer of coatings, resins and lubricants, this well established business is now looking for a confident and capable Export Key Account Manager to work the Far East territory looking after after existing distributor and end user accounts accounts and develop new business opportunities.
For this Export Key Account Manager role we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A good technical level of understanding of Electronics /Chemistry / Physics
- Minimum 3 years experience working with overseas distributors in an export role
- High level of commercial awareness
- Excellent account management skills
- Works well autonomously
- Comfortable working in the Far East market
- Confident and personable
