Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit a Export Customer Service Co-ordinator to work for a prestigious organisation based in Gateshead.

Job Specification

  • Demonstrable Experience of Preparing Documentation required for Exporting in a high volume environment
  • Experience working in a customer service role, Liaising with overseas customers
  • Tracking the progress of customer orders, Keeping Sales teams and Customers informed
  • Liaising with the planning department regarding lead times
  • Assisting Sales teams with enquiries
  • Knowledge of VAT compliance
  • Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Microsoft Word Skills
  • Experience of a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of VAT compliance
  • Processing Customer Orders using a modern ERP system
  • Processing customer credit card payments via telephone

The right candidate for this role will be polite and effective communicator, via telephone, email and face to face with a positive attitude. Must have excellent attention to detail and able to tackle challenges head on with a strong passion for cutomer services.

This role will be working Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 16.30pm and Friday 8.15am to 3pm.
