EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK - FREIGHT FORWARDING

My clients seeking well experienced Export Customer Service Clerk to join their expanding team.

Duties would include:

  • Handling air freight exports
  • Customs entries
  • Updating customers on their shipments
  • Invoicing
  • Handling key accounts
  • Arranging collections
  • Post flights
  • Quotations
  • Negotiating rates

Skills needed:

  • 5 years+ experience within the freight forwarding industry
  • Pharma experience would be advantage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Steady work history

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30 plus overtime
