A well established and successful company based in Chesterfield are looking for an Export Administrator. This is a temporary vacancy therefore applicants must be available at short notice and can commit to a temporary assignment in Chesterfield.
Your new role
This is an export administrator role that will include answering incoming communications, action emails from international sales team/customers and ensure export orders are processed accurately. You will update logbooks to ensure customer orders are tracked. You will also prepare letter of credit requirements for customers and check letter of credit applications from clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have letter of credit experience, this is essential for the role. Please do not apply for this vacancy if you do not have this experience. You will be familiar with overseas shipment processes as well as have strong administration skills. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with internal departments and customers via email and over the phone. You must have a high attention to detail, organised and have a strong work ethic.
