You will be expected to carry out first class customer service when dealing with clients and suppliers and reporting directly to the Office Manager.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all valuation appointments are confirmed with each vendor in a timely manner, measure and take details of all properties valued in line with Company procedure. Complete all paper work correctly and the relevant identification is received. Meet KPI's and exceed yourself.
