Sales Administrator £22k - Chelsea - PERM

Our client who is an innovative designer is looking for an experienced administrator to be the link between the sales and production sales teams. You will be taking on a customer-focused, service-driven role to be responsible all administrator duties. The role will suit a friendly creative person with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of sales fundamentals and excellent customer service.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Answering and progressing incoming calls delivering exceptional customer service
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Ensuring the accurate taking of sales orders especially specifications and details
  • Customer relationship management
  • Managing sales diaries
  • Liasing with all internal department to ensure deliveries are within customers expectations
