This leading Bristol law firm are looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significant residential property experience who could lead a team who handle a wide range of conveyancing matters, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties as well as lease extensions, transfers of equity and development work.

You will have experience of handling all legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish, whether it is freehold or leasehold properties. The role will involve managing a caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it is important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a detailed understanding of property law generally, maintaining and building upon existing excellent client relationships and will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
