Job Title: Experienced Rehab Assistant / Support Worker
Location: London and the Home Counties
Working Pattern: Combination of in person and remote support. Flexible working hours.
Contract: Part-time (20 hours), with the possibility of overtime if mutually agreed.

The Role:
As a Rehab Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting clients in a variety of ways, including:
Your role will be divided into two parts:
- Visiting clients in their own homes or supporting them out in the community, e.g. at the gym or in medical appointments.
- Providing remote support to clients and their therapy teams on a scheduled or ad hoc basis, for example supporting with admin tasks.
You'll get to know between 2-8 clients at any time. You'll build relationships with each client and team, and become skilled in their rehabilitation support needs.

You'll receive paid travel time and expenses.
