I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join my team in our brand new office based in West Bromwich. RE are seeking a consultant who will compliment our very successful existing team and help take forward to the next level within our industry.
RE Resource Group have been operational for 16+ years, we operate five specialist recruitment divisions, including Industrial & Warehousing, Transport, Food & Agriculture, Commercial and Hospitality/Catering, whilst our on-site operation handles large volume staffing contracts across the UK.
You will be tasked to manage a variety of temporary recruitment roles across a broad range of sectors delivering a full 360-degree consultative service package to clients and candidates.
This role will include;
· Processing payroll
· Liaising with clients
· Managing key accounts
· Business Sales Development
· Candidate interviewing
You will also have the freedom to win new business and develop on-going relationships with both existing and new clients using sales skills, recruitment skills and market knowledge. Further training and courses will be available to enhance current knowledge and skills already possessed.
