We are looking for confident, resilient and driven recruiters with a proven track record of success in an agency environment.
You’ll need to be experienced in creating new opportunities through proactive business development and candidate engagement, as well as possessing strong relationship management skills to maintain a network of existing clients and candidates.
NRG offer competitive base salaries, uncapped monthly and quarterly commission schemes and annual bonuses for our top performers, which in 2017 included a trip to New York.
