Due to growth, my client is now looking to add an additional experienced recruitment consultant to their team.
Established for over 30 years my client is a privately owned recruitment company in South East London. They specialise in recruiting IT people who Plan, support, develop, implement and improve the IT Systems that businesses rely on.
As an experienced recruitment consultant you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing your own desk as well as helping others when required. Being a team member is key, as is regularly achieving your targets. You will be paid commission on everything, its uncapped, so there is no desk threshold.
If you're looking to work in a friendly environment, where you can earn uncapped commission on everything you bill, in a team culture with an established company, and have the experience required then this role might be for you.
Basic salary depending on experience, to 40k for the right candidate plus uncapped commission.
