Igloo is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work at our head office based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will be experienced within the recruitment sector or have experience within the automotive industry.
The ideal person will be experienced in Man-Management & have the experience to deal with day to day duties such as - sickness, health & safety, staff requirements, timesheets / payroll queries, absence and holidays. You will also be responsible for disciplinary procedures should there be a need.
Working hours will usually be from 8am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday (subject to demand and work load.) You will also be added to the on call mobile phone rota.

You will also be required to have a UK driving licence with up to two years driving experience with no more than 6 points for minor offences. Ability to speak polish would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm (contracted to 6pm) rotating on call service required. Must have previous recruitment experience.
