An experienced recruitment consultant is required for my client who have just moved to great new office in Central London. They have been established for circa 15 years and they pride themselves their drive, enthusiasm and determination, whilst recognising that the team the key to their success. With Circa 30 employees predominantly in the finance sector, they are now looking to grow and add to their Change & Transformation sector.
Each person plays a critical role in shaping the growth strategy and the future direction of the business. They strongly believe in nurturing internal talent and pride themselves on one to one management and training programmes.
As an experienced 360 recruitment consultant you will be used to working on high margin roles, with billings circa 150k per annum.
You will have a minimum 1 years experience in relevant recruitment, where you have have worked with challenging and complex skills set.
You will be competitive and hungry to succeed
Annual basic salary circa 30-35k open ended commission structure 20%
