Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Dual Desk
Demon Recruitment Group in Feltham are looking to expand the team. We have been established for 15 years and during this time have built a reputation for supplying high calibre candidates and providing an efficient service.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience and a generous bonus scheme is offered on top of basic salary.

This role really does allow you to make the best of your day where required, if you need vacancies then it's sales, if you have vacancies then spend your time sourcing great candidates.
No more being told you have to put 5 or 6 candidates forward for a role - just your best
No more being told to do 3 Visits a week - visit if you feel its right
No more being told you will make 25 sales calls a day
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has previous experience in a 360 role and enjoys the business development as much as the resourcing.
