- Be your own boss - own the recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintain your existing connections and find and develop your own new business opportunities
- Maintain and build on the company’s already established relationships to help grow the business as a whole
- Provide a bespoke service to all new and existing clients, identifying high quality candidates from briefs provided
- Conduct telephone interviews and face to face meetings with potential candidates
- Fulfil all briefs in a timely manner
Skills and experience required:
- Degree from a leading university
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organised
- Ambitious and driven
- Proven experience in business development and fulfilment
