Experienced Recruiter - You choose your own title (within reason!)
We're based on the Herts/North London borders & we're looking for experienced recruiters who want more!
We believe that a role should fit the person as much as anything else and we'll base your new role around you, your strengths and the areas you want to develop too.
This may seem 'back-to-front' for most agencies, however finding good people and establishing what they want & what they're good at, is key to our success and certainly makes more sense to us. Isn't this what you'd expect from a forward thinking Client but rarely see people doing in our own sector?
As we know the importance of a work/life balance we offer a 4½ day week as standard. We also offer up to 50% of billings (comprising a generous base salary +commission), and as we know that most recruiters want more than just a salary and a job, we're also happy to discuss the chance of ownership in a division of the business.
