Experienced Payroll Administrator - Brookson Enterprise
Brookson Enterprise are looking for a knowledgeable experienced Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team.
You will be working within a vibrant outsourcing operations team processing high volume payroll bureaus with the confidence in answering timesheet and contract queries via email and phone.
The Payroll Administrator will be hands on in their approach and be responsible for supporting and assisting in implementing new clients for the timesheet portal.
What to expect
Processing high volume payrolls effectively accurately and in a timely manner
Completing month end procedures and reconciliations
Monitoring and adhering to starter/leaver processes
Manage different populations of customers and process their payroll as applicable
Issuing and processing P45's
Process statutory claims i.e SMP, SSP and SPP
Liaising with HMRC to resolve payroll queries when necessary.
What we look for
Minimum 1 Year Payroll Experience
Proven experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Upbeat positive personality
Ability to use your initiative
