EXPERIENCED GERMAN SPEAKING ADMINISTRATOR - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Based near Toddington, Bedfordshire this is a 12 month maternity cover to start in February 2018. You will be working for a very successful international company as part of a team of export administrators supporting the German Export Sales Executive. You will be chasing up quotations, processing stock and bespoke orders, sending samples, resolving delivery queries, raising credit applications, and responsing to website enquiries. To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English, have excellent communication skills, some office based order processing experience,be calm, organised, flexible, willing to learn, and help others. In addition you must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure - your IT skills should include intermediate Excel. Possible European travel to a trade show
