I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary service provider that requires an experienced Registered manager to oversee their Lancaster branch
This company is a leading provider of domiciliary care services within the North of England with branches in the areas of Lancashire, Northumberland and Teesside.
They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation. They currently deliver around 1300 hours / week and their last CQC inspection result was 'Good' overall.
This role is based in their Lancaster office and you will be required to oversee the effective delivery of quality care to their clients but also to be integral in promoting and increasing business growth, maintaining and continually improving CQC compliance within the branch and the recruitment of staff. There will also be on-call duties to be discussed at time of interview.
The role has a sliding salary scale which is linked to growth & compliance and the number of hours of care provided by the service. This will be discussed further at interview.
You will be a strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector, as you will be required to hit the ground running.
You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively turn things around if required and maintain quality standards. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ level 4 is required as a minimum or working towards level 5 & 7, that said, relevant experience is most important.
Initially £25,000 - £27,500 (this is based on their current 1300 hours delivered, as the hours increase, so does the salary) + Excellent Benefits
