Order, prep, and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations, including vegetables, spices, etc.
Follow the guidance of the Head or Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of the meals
Abide by and enforce food Hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas
Check for plating accuracy
Anticipate and communicate shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Chef de Partie Requirements and Qualifications
Formal training ; certificates of completion
At least 2 years practical experience
Ability to read, comprehend, communicate to others is paramount.
