A great opportunity has risen with our client for a Care Coordinator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing weekly rotas and manage changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our service users receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
You will also be working closely with the Registered Manager/HR Manager in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users. You may also be required to support and liaise with the HR Manager to ensure that they aware of staffing requirements and on some occasions partake in face to face interviews.
The role also involves visiting Service Users in their homes, and occasionally participating in the out-of-hours on call service, therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.
Applicants should ideally have a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care sector and suitable care experience, with skills in rostering, IT, administration and customer service.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and will be reference checked and will need to have a DBS on the update service or be willing to complete one.
