Our client provide a full residential property management service to include every aspect of the work required to maintain property and ensure the security and comfort of leaseholders. The portfolio of managed properties is more than 450 residential properties comprising over 4,500 leasehold flats across Sussex, London and the South East. They have invested in the right people with the right skills to ensure that the can provide their clients with the support and services that will help to reduce costs, maintain buildings and protect investments.
Our Client is looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to manage a portfolio of leasehold residential properties, predominantly large blocks, in Brighton and Hove and the surrounding area. You will be a key part of the team, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be a natural problem solver who is forward thinking and self-motivated.
Could this role be for you?
IRPM Part 1 or higher is preferred.
Are you experienced in long leasehold block management (3 years+), with a good understanding of current legislation affecting residential property management?
Do you have a good understanding of residential leases, statutory compliance issues and CDM2015 Regulations?
Do you have Experience of budget management, financial control and delivery of cost efficiencies? Major works - Implementation and oversight of the S.20 consultation process in respect of all major works.
These are some of the key responsibilities of the role. There will be other general duties associated with the position. To be eligible, a candidate must be legally able to work in the UK and have a full, 'clean' driving license.
