Experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager

You will be flexible, hands on and practical. You will be well organised and a great team player.

Experience required includes:

  • experience in the position

  • pricing asbestos removal projects

  • running larger asbestos removal works

  • dealing with the day to day challenges presented on site

  • comprehensive and up to date working knowledge of relevant health and safety, construction and asbestos legislation and guidance

  • current asbestos training

  • excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • clean driving licence, DBS check

  • an excellent standard of personal behaviour, presentation and communication skills.

  • contract management duties on a wide variety of contracts, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures.

  • completing risk assessments and method statements, specifications/appraisals and ASB5 notifications.

  • assessing potential contracts and estimating.

  • managing and organising teams/staff to complete contracts in a timely and professional manner.

  • making recommendations in relation to improvements in client service and delivering exceptional service to the company's portfolio of clients.

  • producing monthly management reports using company procedures.

  • developing new enquiries.*

Salary & Package:

Negotiable (dependent upon skills) + usual benefits including company vehicle, fuel card etc.
