Experienced Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Neath.

Working alongside two administrators you will assist in setting up new administration systems whilst clearing a backlog of work meeting the immediate needs of staff.

Duties will include:-

- Scanning documents and reports for centralised electronic filing
- Cataloguing and boxing paper files for archive
- Reorganising archive files for faster retrieval
- Checking records
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheet
- Arranging internal meetings and minute taking
- Photocopying and laminating documents

The successful candidate must have:-

- Previous office Administration experience
- A good working knowledge or Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working on a networked computer system with centralised document management
- Logical approach with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines

Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm Friday
