About the role

  • Key support role to assist Data Compliance Team (Expense) with various queries from employees and other departments & business units.

  • Managing queries from all sources regarding expense claims in Concur

  • Co-ordinate and manage in the daily, weekly and monthly tasks within the expense team.

  • Carry out ad-hoc duties with expense and purchasing card.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with queries from employees regarding expense claims in Concur

  • Handling queries from employees via Query Logging System & Group Expense mailbox.

  • Prepare KPI for UK, IRELAND, IOM, Foreign Manual claims

  • Forecasting of expenses.

  • Reconciling Actual with Forecast.

  • Upload fuel card transaction in SAP and post the negative balance run.

  • Check and process GBP manual expense claims if required

  • Check and process expense claims for IOM employees if required

  • Check and process foreign manual claim payment via BBM on fortnightly basis.

  • To do bacs run for UK and Ireland employees on a weekly basis.

  • Run and schedule expense report if required.

  • Assisting Audit centre with queries and expense process (exception).

  • Logging queries with Concur support if required.

  • Deal with restructure of companies

  • Clearing of GL control account 266296.

  • Carry out ad-hoc duties for expense and purchasing card.

    Key Skills

  • Ability to logically analyse thoroughly and accurately.

  • Experience in Concur expense management system.

  • Good verbal & written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Double entry bookeeping

  • Prior experience of working in accounting /finance function

  • Experience of SAP advantageous

  • Excel skills (including lookups and pivot table)

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
