We have a superb opportunity for an Executive Search researcher to take on a leading role within the Technology practice of an International Search firm.
Our client, a leading IT Executive Search agency, is looking for experienced IT/Tech/Digital/Media Exec Search consultants to join their busy, thriving and highly successful business.
Working in a fast paced, autonomous, fun and team environment, you will be given some very reputable clients to work with; you will deliver the business, build relationships on what they have currently and run the search process from end to end. This will involve headhunting IT, technical and Digital candidates from £100k + salary's.
Our client is currently in considerable growth mode and therefore you will be given plenty of clients to build on and up-scale, working on some fantastic retained projects.
The successful candidate will need:
- Previous research/resourcer recruitment experience ideally within an Executive Search environment.
- To be ambitious and driven, providing a knowledgeable and consultative service to candidates and clients alike
- To remain committed to the highest quality performance and reputation that the search agency consistently provides.
- To have excellent communication skills
- To be a team player as well as working autonomously; focussing on exceptional delivery and quality of service.
