As an Executive Search Partner you have active participation and support in senior hire projects for the business. You will take a lead in the sourcing and identification of D and C level candidates, carrying out structured registration interviews and keeping accurate database intel on each candidate.
An Executive Search Partner is encouraged to seek sales lead opportunities through candidates existing employment, referees, referrals, interview activity and market knowledge. Key areas of the role include maintaining regular contact, networking, relationship building & management and market research.
