Executive Head Housekeeper

Gateway Hospitality are recruiting an Executive Head Housekeeper for our client's hotel near Stansted. The successful applicant will already be working as an Executive Housekeeper in a 100+ room hotel. You will have immaculate personal standards and be a clear and effective communicator with your own team and other managers within the hotel. Strong financial understanding of budgets essential together with the ability to develop standards for rooms and public areas.

Job Description

The Executive Head Housekeeper will manage the cleaning of all bedrooms and public areas. Ensuring the hotels high standards are maintained at all times. Carry out daily inspections of all areas and be responsible for logging all repairs and faults. The Executive Head Housekeeper will be responsible for managing the existing team, recruiting, training and developing standards.

Experience

You will already be an Head Housekeeper or Executive Head Housekeeper in a 100+ room hotel looking for more responsibility. You will have a full understanding of health and safety in relation to housekeeping. Your CV will demonstrate a steady work history and progression in your career. Able to demonstrate financial understanding. This job is not suitable for Housekeeping Supervisor seeking promotion.
