A bespoke and catering and event management company renown for it's excellence and passionate about the fine dining it provides and excellent customer service, is seeking an Executive Chef/Head Chef to join their team.
Reporting to the Director, the role is to be responsible for leading a team of Chefs, Event Manager and supporting staff out of the location based in Warwick.
This exciting opportunity will be contributing to the growth of this fresh and innovative company in producing a wide range of fine dining with a "handson" approach and will involve:
- Designing and developing the menus and costings
- Preparing the menus
- Developing the team
- Budget planning
- Liaising with suppliers
- Sourcing and ordering of stock
- Stock rotation
- Staff Training
- Health & Safety
Ideally you will have experience in a Rosette awarded restaurant with NVQ level 2 qualification as a minimum and an NVQ level 3 Hotel Management qualification. You must have previous experience as a Head or Executive Chef and be able to demonstrate excellent managerial skills and people skills, with a flair for menu design and managing a budget.
