A hotel located in East Sussex is recruiting for the role of Executive Head Chef
A hotel that is also a high end banqueting venue and has a large wedding trade is seeking an Executive Head Chef to oversee the whole dining operation which also includes 2 restaurants. One of the restaurants offers 2 rosette fine dining. In this role of Executive Head Chef you will be expected to put all systems into place in the kitchen to ensure that the high volume operation is running smoothly. At the same time you will be managing a team of 10+ chefs ensuring that they are working to expectations for the restaurants but are also capable of coping with the high numbers of covers and deliver the standards of cooking the property expects.
An Executive Head Chef or Head Chef with a stable career based in high quality, volume banqueting operations with large brigades is required to take on this position.Strong knowledge of kitchen costings, admin, budgets and financial performance is also essential.
