A multi-site hotel located in Inverness-shire is recruiting for an Executive Head Chef
Responsible for the busy food operation at a popular multi-site hotel operation this role of Executive Head Chef will require you to organise the operation so that it runs smoothly at all times. The hotel has a wide variety of restaurants all with different menus but all focusing on using the best, fresh ingredients with a focus on using plenty of Scottish produce where possible. As Executive Head Chef you will be working closely with the General Manager whilst ensuring that you department achieves its financial targets, works within hygiene regulation, follows company wide procedures, has a highly trained team of chefs and consistently delivers the standards expected by the guests of the property.
A talented Executive Head Chef who has had a stable background working in large four or five star hotels with extensive catering operations is required to take on this position. A strong kitchen manager with an excellent financial acumen who is highly organised but also willing to lead their team from the front in the kitchen when required is needed for this role.
