An Executive Head Chef role is available at a multi-site hotel operation in Northamptonshire
A large four star hotel with a busy food and beverage department including a high volume banqueting department is seeking an Executive Head Chef to manage the daily operation of the kitchens whilst also achieving sales/ profits targets and ensuring that the customers are always satisfied. The operation has high standards in place which as Executive Head Chef you will be expected to maintain whilst continuing to push your large team of chefs to ensure that they are all capable of working to this level. Although this is a senior role which will require a lot of kitchen, budget and team management you will also be required to continue working 'hands on’ in the kitchen.
This role requires a Head Chef or Executive Head Chef who has most recently been managing a four or five star, large hotel kitchen operation where you were catering for multiple different dining options including AA Rosette accredited restaurants and high volume, prestigious banqueting departments. A strong financial acumen alongside strategic thinking and advanced kitchen management knowledge is essential.
