Executive Chef

Our client has a successful but creative approach to business and they are looking for a creative Executive Chef that has parallel approach but excels in attention to detail. This is a large hospitality location with a number of food outlets, all providing a unique experience.

You will be required:
To plan, prepare, cool and present food to extremely high standards
Maintaining the clients reputation for excellent food and service
Control portion sizes and waste
Ensure regular stock take and food rotation
To ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene are maintained and procedures followed
Develop new menu ideas
Supervise and recruit kitchen staff
Ensure staffing levels are correct and reflect shift patterns
Carry out employee performance reviews
Meet with the team and communicate any standard or company changes

You will also be required
To ensure that guest are given a prompt and efficient service
Maintain our guest focused approach and exceed expectations
To keep within budget but ensuring standards are maintained
Ensure the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness
Staff are trained appropriately
To keep up to date with all training relating to Health and Safety
