My client in Exeter is looking for an Executive Assistant to Ops Director on a full time basis.
This role is a full time role working Monday through to Friday with a flexibility on start and finish times.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
-Exemplary communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
-Provides management level responses on behalf of the Operations Director
-Receive and review information and actions from external and internal sources and prioritise responses
-Keep the Operations Director informed of any concerns or perceived risks.
-Interact with all functions of the company
-Ability and willingness to deliver presentations when required.
-Delivery of training relating to processes, policies and productivity/IT tools.
Ideal candidate will have previously worked within an NHS or similar environment and supported at Director level. Proven senior PA or EA experience is required.
