Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Partner in our London office on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Executive Assistant will support the Senior Partner by organising, managing diaries, booking travel and itinerary planning and all other secretarial support. The Executive Assistant will also liaise with other senior members of the firm drafting meeting and programme agendas and liaising with overseas offices for collation and circulation of information. The Executive Assistant will be required to work with the other members of the central management team to maintain a strong, cohesive unit and act an ambassador for the firm at all times

Candidate Overview

We're looking for a professional, proactive and organised individual who is interested in the business of running a large and international law firm and all aspects of its strategy and operations. If you are right for us, you will have the confidence to work with senior people across the firm and experience of working in a similar role in professional services. You will have excellent IT skills with great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to very tight deadlines.
