Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant required. 30K. Unique Travel Organisation. If you currently work in travel in a role which requires a high level of administrative work you may be a great match to this rarely vacant role. 30K plus superb benefits including travel.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

- Secretarial and Administrative duties such as typing, keeping records, answering the phone, filing, mailing, taking messages
- Taking dictation and drafting letters
- Type up reports from meetings
- Open all mail correspondence and organise
- Check expenses
- Co-ordinate holiday application form, mileage expenses, and other expenses
- Maintain filing system
- Responsible for making appointments and travel reservations for Director
- Arrange and attend meetings.
- Attend travel industry events

Executive Assistant Experience required:

- Excellent typing skills - at least 50wpm
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- A passion for travel
- Experience working in the travel industry in an administrative role - highly desirable

Executive Assistant Additional Information:

- Around 30K
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
- Pension, Private Health and Insurance
- Educational Travel
