We are on the lookout for a bright, driven individual to join the Schindler family providing executive administrative and project support to our Managing Director.

This isn’t just your regular Executive Assistant position! There is so much more to get your teeth in to.

Along with the day to day management of the Managing Director’s diary and email inbox, you will also be required to oversee and manage special projects as well as organise internal and external events when required.

You will be required to attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, produce reports and communicate on matters relating to the MD Office, including dealing with customer complaints.

You will be the bridge of communication between the MD Office, Senior Managers globally and internal departments so confident communication skills at all levels are key.

This role will suit a business minded self-starter who has an enthusiastic, professional work ethic and is looking to start their career journey within a forward-thinking organisation. You will predominately be based at our Weybridge Head Office but travel to Canary Wharf will be expected on a regular basis.
