They are looking for an experienced executive assistant to work within the heart of their business, supporting the group CEO to coordinate their exciting annual calendar of events while also working directly with their CEO to help with the day to day running of the headquarters.
- Organising group events
- Negotiating costs with various suppliers
- Event Site Survey
- Liaising with our people
- Working closely with CEO to manage office diary
- Arranging hospitality requirements for senior management meetings
Events manage experience would be ideal. You’ll be planning and implementing events for up to 500 people, so you’ll need to have fantastic organisational skills and be more than comfortable with driving a hard bargain to get the best possible results!
Ideally, they’re looking for someone with a degree in either Events Management or Business management but they will consider any candidates that can demonstrate relevant experience.
You’ll need to be flexible with your work hours. They do things a little differently.
