Required Qualifications:

Turkish-speaking Executive Assistant

Worked in the UK and has work experience in the UK and Turkey

Native English-speaking knowledge

Advanced translation skills from English to Turkish and Turkish to English

Bachelor’s degree required

No obstacle to travel-abroad

Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Advanced reporting skills

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written

Coordinates all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, calendar, travel arrangements and conference calls

Active, dynamic and presentable

Job Description:

Arranges meetings and conference calls, schedules interviews, client visits and appointments and performs other duties related to maintaining Executive’s personal schedule.

Attend meetings and documenting minutes if required

Make travel arrangements

Reading, prioritizing, and debriefing the Executive about all incoming mail, calls, emails, and writing required responses in consultation with the Executive
