Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join our client, based in North Bristol to cover a secondment.

Client Details

Our client, a leading organisation, are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their organisation on a fixed term contract bases.


Duties of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:-

    • Provide Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
    • Manage diaries, book meeting rooms and co-ordinate conference call
    • Ensuring Directors are fully prepared for their meetings and reminding them of key tasks and deadlines
    • Produce agendas and distribute follow up actions
    • Managing emails
    • Liaising with internal and external clients and build successful working relationships
    • Arrange travel plans and produce itineraries for the Directors
    • Take complete autonomy of Corporate Social Responsibility activities across the business
    • Engage with local charities
    • Manage events and coordinate events
    • Manage expenses and claims
    • Any other general administrative tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis


The successful candidate for this position will possess:-

  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience at supporting at Director level
  • The proven ability to manage multiple diaries
  • Excellent communicative skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT Skills with an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to build relationships with all levels of seniority with ease
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage events and ideally, an interest in CSR activities

Job Offer

Salary paying up to £40,000 starting as soon as possible and has the potential to go permanent after the 6 months.
