You will work for a financial adviser which aims to help owner-managers create value in their business while they grow, by providing support along the way.
Your new role
You will provide support to three general managers within the company. You will be forward thinking and be a confident problem solver. A pro-active approach to work is essential. Ad-hoc administration duties around the office will also be required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must be highly organised and extremely pro-active. You will have PA or EA experience within a forward-thinking environment. A financial background is desired but not essential. Day to day duties include:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising events
- Inbox management
- General office duties
- Preparing presentations
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Creating monthly reports
What you'll get in return
