Valeco Recruitment are working with our new and exclusive client in Edinburgh to recruit a permanent full time Executive Assistant to join them in 2018.
This is not your typical EA role and we are seeking an individual who obviously has experience as a EA/PA and with an excellent background and knowledge in the MS Office Software.
Your role will involve your normal EA/PA duties diary and travel management, preparing reports, spreadsheets, first point of contact etc coupled with streamlining processes, implementing new documents on both Word and Excel, creating formulas, creating business presentations, training and being responsible for the office support staff in your department and many other duties.
You as an individual will be organised, professional, able to command a room with high level individuals coupled with ensuring you are providing an exceptional support to the Director. Coupled with these key skills you are required to be at an advanced level in the MS Office Suite.
